Indiana Finance plans $70.78 million Indiana University Health bonds

New York, Sept. 18 – The Indiana Finance Authority is expected to price $70,775,000 of series 2014A hospital revenue refunding bonds for the Indiana University Health Obligated Group, according to a preliminary official statement.
The bonds (Aa3/AA-/AA-) will be sold on a negotiated basis with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and RBC Capital Markets LLC as the senior managers and Piper Jaffray & Co. as the co-manager.
The maturities have not been set.
Proceeds will be used to refund the obligated group’s series 2006 and 2009A revenue bonds.
