Indiana Finance to sell $1.26 billion of bonds for Midwest Fertilizer

New York, Dec. 10 - The Indiana Finance Authority plans to sell $1,259,000,000 of series 2012 industrial development revenue bonds for the Midwest Fertilizer Corp., according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (/A-1+/) will be sold through Guggenheim Securities LLC.

The bonds are due July 1, 2046.

Proceeds will be used to construct an integrated nitrogen fertilizer manufacturing plant in Posey County, Ind.
