New York, Oct. 5 - The Indiana Finance Authority came to market Tuesday with $180.655 million in series 2010 state revolving fund program bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The deal included $100 million in series 2010B bonds and $80.655 million in series 2010C refunding bonds.
The bonds were sold through Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Goldman, Sachs & Co. with Edward D. Jones & Co. LP, Jefferies & Co. and Andes Capital Group LLC as the co-managers.
The 2010B bonds are due 2011 to 2030 with 1.5% to 5% coupons. The 2010C bonds are due 2020 to 2023 with 5% coupons. All but the 2020 2010C bonds were not reoffered.
Proceeds will be used to finance eligible projects and refund existing debt.
