New Issue: Indiana Finance prices $292.93 million revenue refunding bonds with 2.25%-5.6% yields

New York, Aug. 25 - The Indiana Finance Authority priced $292.93 million in series 2008C health system revenue refunding bonds for the Sisters of St. Francis Health Services, Inc. obligated group, according to an official statement.

The bonds (Aa3//AA) were sold through senior managers Citigroup Global Markets and Merrill Lynch.

The bonds are due 2009 to 2028 with a term bond due 2032. The serials have coupons from 4% to 5.25% with yields from 2.25% to 5.43%. The 2032 bonds have a 5.375% coupon to yield 5.6%.

Proceeds will be used to refund the authority's series 2006A and 2006B revenue refunding bonds.
