Indiana Bond Bank plans $52 million bonds for Clark Memorial Thursday

New York, Nov. 5 - The Indiana Bond Bank is prepared to price $52 million in series 2009D special program bonds for Clark Memorial Hospital on Thursday, according to a sales calendar.

The bonds (/AA/) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Piper Jaffray & Co. and Raymond James & Associates Inc. as the senior managers.

Proceeds will be used to purchase securities from Clark Memorial Hospital, which is located in Jeffersonville, Ind.
