Indian Overseas Bank to consider raising tier II capital bonds

New York, Feb. 22 - Chennai, India-based Indian Overseas Bank said its board of directors will meet on Friday to discuss a proposal to raise tier II capital bonds.

The issue will be structured as unsecured, subordinated, redeemable bonds of up to Rs. 3 billion.
