Olympia, Wash., May 27 – Indian Oil Corp. Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it issued Rs. 30 billion of 5.05% series XVII redeemable nonconvertible debentures.
The debentures were issued in a private placement on Wednesday, according to the notice.
Based in New Delhi, the oil and gas company is 54% owned by the government.
