Indian Hotels board to consider various long-term fund raising options

Norfolk, Va., March 24 - Indian Hotels Co. Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board will meet on March 27 to consider various long-term fundraising options, including an issue of equity shares, equity-linked instruments and/or debentures to its shareholders.

The issuer is a Mumbai-based hotel business.
