Indiabulls to consider sale of callable debentures at board meeting

Chicago, Aug. 8 – Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd. notified the Bombay Stock Exchange that it may issue redeemable debentures through a private placement.

The issue will be considered at a board meeting set for Aug. 14, according to the notice.

Indiabulls is a Mumbai-based real estate company.
