Fitch affirms, withdraws Indiabulls

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd.'s long-term foreign-currency issuer default rating at B+ with a stable outlook.

The agency also affirmed the rating on Century Ltd.’s $175 million 10¼% senior notes due 2019 at B+ and recovery rating of RR4.

At the same time, the agency withdrew the ratings for commercial reasons.
