Indiabulls’ Century to redeem $175 million 10¼% senior notes due 2019

Olympia, Wash., March 29 – India’s Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd. said wholly owned subsidiary Century Ltd. elected to redeem its $175 million 10¼% senior notes due 2019, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed on April 30 at 105.125 plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The notes, which were originally issued on Nov. 12, 2014, are guaranteed by Indiabulls Real Estate.

Indiabulls is a Mumbai-based real estate company.
