Indiabulls plans Rs. 5 billion private placement of 36-month debentures

Chicago, June 22 – Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd. notified the Bombay Stock Exchange that it plans to price Rs. 5 billion of 36-month secured redeemable debentures at par in a private placement.

The notes will be issued with a face value of Rs. 1,000 each in one or more tranches, according to the notice.

The issue will open on June 28.

Indiabulls is a Mumbai-based real estate company.
