Norfolk, Va., March 11 – Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd. said it issued Rs. 3 billion of 11% secured redeemable nonconvertible debentures through a private placement on Friday, according to a term sheet.
The debt was issued in a Rs. 2 billion series I tranche maturing on March 11, 2019 and a Rs. 1 billion series II tranche maturing on Sept. 11, 2018.
The debentures have a face value of Rs. 1 million each.
Indiabulls is a Mumbai, India-based real estate company.
