India Infoline taps banks, schedules roadshow for dollar notes

New York, Feb. 5 – India Infoline Finance Ltd. has mandated banks and scheduled a series of fixed-income investor meetings regarding a U.S. dollar-denominated benchmark of senior secured notes.

The company has selected Barclays, HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank and UBS as joint global coordinators, joint lead managers and joint bookrunners with Emirates NBD as joint lead manager and bookrunner to arrange a series of meetings and conference calls in Europe, the Middle East and Asia beginning on Friday.

A Regulation S offering under the company’s euro medium-term note program, may follow subject to market conditions.

The company is a Mumbai, India-based financial services company.
