India Infoline board to consider issue of non-convertible debentures

Minneapolis, Aug. 20 - India Infoline Finance Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors will hold a meeting on Aug. 21 to consider the proposal of an issue of non-convertible debentures to the public in accordance with the Securities Exchange Board of India Regulation, 2008.
