American Greetings again extends change-of-control tender for notes

New York, April 2 – American Greetings Corp. once more extended its change-of-control tender offer for its $400 million of 7 7/8% senior notes due 2025, according to a news release.

The new expiration is midnight ET on April 3, delayed from midnight ET on March 30, according to a news release.

It had previously been extended from midnight ET of each of March 29, March 28 and March 27.

As of the previous expiration at midnight ET on March 30, the company had received tenders for $377,405,000 of the notes, up from $376,468,000 on March 29, $368,247,000 on March 28 and $360,497,000 on March 27.

American Greetings began the offer on Feb. 27.

It previously announced and then, on March 21, terminated a tender offer and consent solicitation for the notes.
