American Greetings extends change-of-control tender for 7 7/8% notes

New York, March 29 – American Greetings Corp. again extended its change-of-control tender offer for its $400 million of 7 7/8% senior notes due 2025 by a day, according to a news release.

The offer will now end at midnight ET on March 30, pushed back from midnight ET on March 29.

The deadline was previously extended from midnight ET on March 28 and midnight ET on March 27.

As of the previous expiration at midnight ET on March 29, holders had tendered $376,468,000 of the notes, up from $368,247,000 on March 28 and $360,497,000 on March 27.

American Greetings began the offer on Feb. 27.

It previously announced and then, on March 21, terminated a tender offer and consent solicitation for the notes.
