TowerView increases passive stake to 6.3% in American Greetings

Philadelphia, Jan. 5 - TowerView LLC increased its passive stake to 6.3% in American Greetings Corp. as of Dec. 31, according to an SC 13G/A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

That represents a passive stake of 2,635,000 shares.

Those holdings are up from the passive stake of 5.2%, or 2,377,300 shares, that TowerView reported on April 17, according to an SC 13G filing.

American Greetings is a Cleveland-based designer, manufacturer and seller of greeting cards and other social expression products.
