American Greetings amends facility to reduce multiple-draw term loan size, extend draw period

New York, March 1 - American Greetings Corp. amended its credit facility, decreasing the size of its multiple-draw term loan to $100 million from $300 million and extending the draw period by one year to April 4, 2008, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Thursday.

The amendment was completed on Feb. 26.

National City Bank is the agent on the deal.

American Greetings is a Cleveland-based designer, manufacturer and seller of greeting cards and other social expression products.
