New Issue: Missouri Development Finance sells $55.19 million of infrastructure revenue bonds

New York, March 29 - The Missouri Development Finance Board priced $55,185,000 of series 2012 infrastructure facilities revenue bonds for the City of Independence Dogwood project, said a pricing sheet.
The bonds were sold through senior manager Piper Jaffray & Co.
The bonds are due 2013 to 2031 with a term bond due in 2037. The serial coupons range from 2% to 5%. The 2037 bonds have a split maturity with a 4.75% coupon priced at 98.549 and a 5% coupon priced at par.
Proceeds will be used to finance the expansion of the City of Independence's Dogwood power project.
