Indenix Pharmaceuticals files automatic shelf for debt, common stock

Knoxville, Tenn., July 31 - Indenix Pharmaceuticals Inc. filed an automatic shelf registration in an S-3 ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The registration covers common stock, debt securities, warrants and units.

The debt may be structured as convertibles.

The Cambridge, Mass.-based drug discovery company said offerings authorized by the shelf would be used for general corporate purposes.
