Incentra bankruptcy case converted to Chapter 7 following asset sale

Pittsburgh, Nov. 4 - Incentra Solutions, Inc.'s Chapter 11 bankruptcy case has been converted to Chapter 7 for liquidation, according to a Wednesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

According to the motion, the company closed the sale of substantially all of its assets to Incentra LLC in April 2009, and it does not believe it will be able to propose or confirm a plan in these cases.

Based in Boulder, Colo., Incentra Solutions is a data management company focused on the broadcasting and information technology sector. The company filed for bankruptcy on Feb. 4, 2009. Its Chapter 11 case number is 09-10368.
