Argentina's Impsa to issue Ps. 50 million of class IV, class V notes

Pittsburgh, Nov. 4 - Industrias Metalurgicas Pescarmona SAIC y F (Impsa)'s board of directors has authorized the issuance of a fourth and fifth class of notes under the company's $500 million global debt securities program, according to a news release.

A total of Ps. 50 million of the notes will be issued, with the possibility of increasing the issue amount up to a maximum of Ps. 75 million.

The class IV notes will be denominated in Argentinean pesos, and the class V notes will be denominated in dollars.

Impsa is a Mendoza, Argentina-based producer of wind and hydropower equipment.
