New Issue: Argentina's Impsa sells Ps. 200 million series III notes at par

Pittsburgh, June 25 - Industrias Metalurgicas Pescarmona SAIC y F (Impsa) will issue Ps. 200 million of series III notes due June 29, 2012 at par on June 29 under its $500 million global medium-term notes program, according to a company news release.

The interest margin will be 675 basis points.

The notes issuance has been rated A(arg) by Fitch Argentina and raBBB+ by Standard & Poor's.

Macro Securities SA Sociedad de Bolsa is the agent on the deal.

Impsa is a Mendoza, Argentina-based producer of wind and hydropower equipment.
