Argentina's Impsa to issue $55 million under new class of notes

Pittsburgh, May 19 - The board of directors of Industrias Metalúrgicas Pescarmona SAIC y F (Impsa) has approved the issuance of a $55 million class of notes from the company's $500 million global notes program, according to a company news release.

Impsa is a Mendoza, Argentina-based producer of wind and hydropower equipment.
