Argentina's Impsa to issue $500 million MTNs under five-year program

Pittsburgh, April 15 - Industrias Metalurgicas Pescarmona SAIC y F (Impsa) plans to issue up to $500 million of medium-term notes under a five-year program, according to a prospectus released Wednesday.

The notes can be issued with a fixed or variable interest rate.

Proceeds will be used for working capital, for refinancing or cancelling debt and for investments in tangible assets in Argentina.

Deutsche Bank SA is the registration agent, payment agent and representative in Argentina, and Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas is the co-agent of registration and payment.

Impsa is a Mendoza, Argentina-based producer of wind and hydropower equipment.
