Argentina's Impsa lowers talk for upsized $65 million one-year notes to 10% to 10¼%

New York, May 28 - Industrias Metalurgicas Pescarmona SA (Impsa) tightened talk on its upsized $65 million offering of one-year notes to between 10% and 10¼%, according to a market source.

The deal was originally announced at $40 million and talked at 11%.

BCP Securities will act as the bookrunner for the Regulation S transaction.

Impsa is a Mendoza, Argentina-based producer of wind and hydropower equipment.
