Argentina's Impsa to offer $65 million class 2 fixed-rate notes due 2009

Pittsburgh, May 23 - Industrias Metalúrgicas Pescarmona SAIC y F (Impsa) will offer up to $65 million class 2 fixed-rate notes due 2009 under its $500 million global notes program, according to a news release.

The subscription period will run from Monday to Thursday.

The minimum subscription amount will be $2,000, and the notes can be purchased in $1,000 increments after that.

Proceeds of the notes offering will be used for working capital.

BCP Securities LLC is the international placement agent, and Banco de Valores SA is the placement agent in Argentina.

Impsa is a Mendoza, Argentina-based wind and hydropower producer.
