Argentina's Impsa to roadshow $40 million one-year bonds, talked at 11%

New York, May 13 - Industrias Metalurgicas Pescarmona SA (Impsa) will roadshow a $40 million bond beginning on May 13, according to a market source.

The bonds are talked at a yield of 11%.

BCP Securities is bookrunner for the transaction.

The roadshow will be held in Geneva on May 13 and May 14, in New York on May 19 and May 20, and in London on May 21 through May 23.

Impsa is a Mendoza, Argentina-based wind and hydropower producer.
