Pittsburgh, Nov. 19 - Industrias Metalúrgicas Pescarmona SAIC y F (Impsa) recalled all $133.43 million of its outstanding series 8 and series 11 notes, both due in 2011, according to a company news release.

The recall price was $850 per $1,000 of notes. The company also paid $40.35 in interest for each $1,000 of notes.
