Imperial Capital welcomes new managing director, senior trader Guido

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 31 - Imperial Capital, LLC said Anthony Guido has joined the Los Angeles-based full-service investment bank as a managing director and senior trader in the institutional sales and trading group. He will be based out of Imperial's New York office.

Guido was most recently a senior vice president of bank debt trading at Jefferies & Co., Inc. He has more than 20 years' experience in bank debt trading, high-yield trading and portfolio management. Prior to Jefferies, he was a portfolio manager for Fursa Alternatives Strategies and held various senior positions in high-yield sales and trading with Bear Stearns, Salomon Smith Barney and Prudential Securities.

Tony's extensive bank debt and high-yield trading experience combined with his portfolio management experience further enhances our unique client service offering," chief executive officer Jason Reese said in a press release.
