Imperial Capital hires Travis Black as managing director, high yield

Milwaukee, May 4 - Imperial Capital announced that Travis Black has joined the firm as managing director in high-yield capital markets.

Black is part of the firm's investment banking group and is based in Los Angeles.

Before joining Imperial, Black worked in leveraged finance and high-yield capital markets at Jefferies & Co., Inc. and Bear, Stearns & Co.

Imperial is an investment banking firm with headquarters in Los Angeles.
