Knoxville, Tenn., July 10 - ImmuPharma plc said it raised £1.13 million in a tranche of a £2.7 million private placement of shares, which priced July 2.
The company sold 1,876,000 ordinary shares at 60p per share in this tranche.
Proceeds will be used for the continued development of the company's clinical and preclinical pipeline.
ImmuPharma is a London-based drug discovery and development company.
