Immunovative raises $5 million through private placement of its equity

Proceeds used to accelerate company growth, for clinical trials

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 6 - Immunovative, Inc. said it completed a $5 million private placement of equity.

Proceeds will be used for general and administrative purposes, specifically to accelerate the growth of the company's key initiatives and for its clinical trials.

Based in Montreal, the company develops treatments for cancer.
