New York, Dec. 7 - ImmuneRegen Biosciences, Inc. wrapped a $5.5 million private placement.
The company sold 220 units at $25,000 each. Each unit consists of 156,250 shares and warrants for 78,125 shares.
The warrants are exercisable at $0.50 each through Dec. 6, 2011.
Proceeds will be used for product development.
Joseph Stevens & Co., Inc. was the placement agent.
ImmuneRegen, based in Scottsdale, Ariz., is a subsidiary of IR Biosciences Holdings, Inc. and develops treatments for radiation exposure.
