IMF to redeem convertible notes

Knoxville, Tenn., April 30 - IMF Ltd. said it has notified holders of its convertible notes that it plans an early redemption.

Holders may elect to convert their securities before June 30.

Based in Sydney, Australia, IMF investigates, manages and funds litigation.
