IMC Global to price $75 mln add-on Tuesday

St. Louis, Mo., Oct 29 - IMC Global, Inc. will bring a $75 million add-on to its 11¼% senior notes due June 1, 2011 (Ba1/BB), an informed source told Prospect News. The source added that there was a conference call Monday, with pricing set for Tuesday.

Price talk of the offering is 100.5 to 101, the source said.

Goldman Sachs & Co. and J.P. Morgan were identified as the bookrunners.

Proceeds from the issuance will be used by the Lake Forest, Ill. fertilizer company to repay debt.
