Illumina files automatic stock shelf

New York, May 11 - Illumina, Inc. filed an automatic stock shelf in an S-3ASR with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The common stock includes related rights to purchase series A junior participating preferred shares.

Based in San Diego, Calif., Illumina is a biopharmaceutical company that develops and markets next-generation tools for the large-scale analysis of genetic variation and function.
