Illumina's 0.625% convertible notes remain convertible through June 30

Knoxville, Tenn., March 24 - Illumina, Inc.'s 0.625% convertible senior notes due 2014 will remain convertible from April 1 through, and including, June 30, according to an 8-K filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes were convertible for the last four quarters as well.

Illumina is a San Diego-based developer of genetic research tools.
