New Issue: Illinois Toll Highway Authority prices $400 million of revenue bonds

New York, Nov. 17 – The Illinois State Toll Highway Authority priced $400 million of series 2014C toll highway senior revenue bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (/AA-/AA-) were sold through lead managers Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC.

The bonds are due 2027 to 2039 with 5% coupons and yields from 2.82% to 3.53%.

Proceeds will be used to pay a portion of improvement costs for the tollway system.
