Illinois Municipal Electric plans $582.5 million power supply bonds

New York, March 25 – The Illinois Municipal Electric Agency is set to price $582,495,000 of series 2015A power supply system revenue refunding bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.
The bonds (A1/A/A+) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Citigroup Global Markets Inc. as the senior manager and BMO Capital Markets Corp., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and PNC Capital Markets LLC as the co-managers.
The bonds are due 2017 to 2035.
Proceeds will be used to refund the agency’s series 2006 and 2007A power supply revenue bonds.
