New Issue: Illinois Housing Development prices $66.54 million housing bonds

New York, Dec. 17 – The Illinois Housing Development Authority sold $66.54 million of series 2015 housing bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The deal included $30,665,000 of series 2015A-1 non-AMT bonds, $13,295,000 of series 2015A-2 taxable bonds and $22.58 million of series 2015A-3 variable-rate taxable bonds.

The 2015A-1 bonds are due 2015 to 2025 with term bonds due in 2029, 2034 and 2036. The serial coupons range from 0.5% to 3%, all priced at par. The 2029 bonds have a 3.4% coupon, the 2034 bonds have a 3.7% coupon and the 2036 bonds have a 3.85% coupon, all priced at par.

The 2015A-2 bonds are due 2015 to 2025 with a term bond due in 2029. The serial coupons range from 0.8% to 3.615%, all priced at par. The 2029 bonds have a 4.065% coupon priced at par.

The 2015A-3 bonds are due Jan. 1, 2045 and initially bear interest at the weekly rate.

The bonds were sold through Citigroup Global Markets Inc., which was senior manager for the 2015A-1 and 2015A-2 bonds and sole underwriter for the 2015A-3 bonds.

Proceeds will be used to refund existing bonds issued to fund mortgage loans.
