New Issue: Illinois Finance prices $136.85 million Northwest Community Hospital bonds

New York, June 2 – The Illinois Finance Authority sold $136,845,000 of series 2016A refunding bonds for the Northwest Community Hospital, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (A2/A+) were sold through Goldman, Sachs & Co.
The bonds are due 2019 to 2038 with 4% to 5% coupons and yields from 1.27% to 3.44%.
Proceeds will be used to refund existing revenue bonds for the hospital.
