Illinois Finance defeases $57.56 million series 2008 KishHealth bonds

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 18 – The Illinois Finance Authority defeased $57,555,000 of series 2008 revenue refunding bonds issued for the KishHealth System, according to a notice.

The following bonds have been defeased and will be redeemed at the earlier of maturity or Oct. 1, 2018 at par plus accrued interest:

• $2.3 million of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2016;

• $2.34 million of 4.5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2017;

• $2.38 million of 4.75% bonds due Oct. 1, 2018;

• $10.16 million of 5.5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2022;

• $17.14 million of 5.75% bonds due Oct. 1, 2028; and

• $23,235,000 of 5.75% bonds due Oct. 1, 2035.

First National Bank of Omaha is the trustee.
