Illinois Finance calls $145.13 million of Northwestern bonds due 2042

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 2 – The Illinois Finance Authority called $145.13 million of series 2006 revenue bonds issued for Northwestern University, according to a notice.

The bonds to be redeemed have a 5% coupon and a maturity date of Dec. 1, 2042. They will be redeemed Dec. 1 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the agent.
