Illinois Finance defeases $63.04 million of Advocate Health bonds

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 26 – The Illinois Finance Authority defeased $63.04 million of bonds issued in 2010 for the Advocate Health Care Network, according to a notice.

The following defeased bonds will be redeemed on April 1, 2019 at par plus accrued interest:

• $17,435,000 of 5.5% series 2010A bonds due April 1, 2044;

• $24.68 million of 5.375% series 2010B bonds due April 1, 2044;

• $12.07 million of 5.375% series 2010C bonds due April 1, 2044;

• $660,000 of 4.5% series 2010D bonds due April 1, 2022;

• $7,585,000 of 5% series 2010D bonds due April 1, 2022; and

• $610,000 of 5% series 2010D bonds due April 1, 2029.
