Illinois Finance defeases Advocate Health, Sherman Health bonds

Madison, Wis., Dec. 18 – Illinois Finance Authority defeased a portion of its series 2008D Advocate Health Care Network revenue bonds, totaling $136.01 million, according to a notice.

The refunded 2008D bonds will be redeemed on Nov. 1, 2018 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The authority also defeased all $170 million of its series 2007A Sherman Health Systems revenue bonds, according to another notice.

The refunded 2007A bonds will be redeemed on Aug. 1, 2017 at par plus accrued interest.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee under both series of bonds.
