Illinois to redeem $190.83 million of pollution control revenue bonds

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 12 - The Illinois Finance Authority announced it will redeem all $91 million of its series 2008F pollution control revenue refunding bonds, which were issued for the Commonwealth Edison Co. Project. It will also redeem all $50 million of its series 2008D pollution control revenue refunding bonds and all $49.83 million of its series 2008E pollution control revenue refunding bonds.

The bonds will be redeemed at par on Oct. 12.

The Bank of New York Mellon (800 254-2826) is the trustee.

The authority, based in Chicago, aims to strengthen Illinois businesses and the state's economic development agenda.
