Northwest Community Hospital, Ill., to sell $154 million bonds Tuesday

New York, Aug. 25 - The Northwest Community Hospital of Illinois plans to price its previously announced offering of $154.1 million in series 2008A revenue bonds Tuesday, according to a calendar of sales.

The bonds (Aa3/AA-/) will be sold on a negotiated basis through the Illinois Finance Authority with Goldman, Sachs & Co. as lead manager

The bonds are due from 2010 to 2019 with term bonds due 2023, 2033 and 2038.

Proceeds will reimburse the hospital for the costs of acquiring, constructing, renovating and equipping health facilities.
