India’s IL&FS Transportation to set borrowing limits for bond issue

Chicago, April 28 – IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd. notified the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors will meet to approve the borrowing limits for the issue of debentures.

The board meeting will be held on May 6, according to the notice.

IL&FS Transportation is a surface transportation infrastructure company based in Mumbai.
